CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Representation and Professionalism

Players are ambassadors of the California Republic Soccer Club, the State of California, and the United States when traveling abroad.

Conduct yourself with integrity, humility, and sportsmanship at all times, both on and off the field.

Follow dress codes and uniform guidelines provided by the Club during official activities.
2. Respect and Team Culture

Show respect to teammates, coaches, officials, opponents, and host communities.

Promote inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and tolerance of different customs and traditions.

No bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind will be tolerated.
3. Compliance with Laws and Rules

Abide by all local laws, customs, and regulations of the host country.

Follow competition rules, tournament guidelines, and club policies at all times.

Possession or use of illegal substances or performance-enhancing drugs is strictly prohibited.
4. Discipline and Responsibility

Punctuality is expected for all practices, matches, meetings, meals, and curfews.

Alcohol, vaping, and recreational drugs are prohibited for minors, and strictly limited for adults as per club policy.

Social media use should be responsible, reflecting positively on the Club and teammates.
5. Safety and Well-Being

Report any injuries, illnesses, or safety concerns immediately to the coaching or medical staff.

Travel in groups whenever possible; notify staff of your whereabouts during free time.

Emergency contact information must always be carried by players.
6. Accountability

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions including suspension, fines, reduced playing time, or being sent home at the player’s own expense.

Players and their guardians (if under 18) must sign this agreement before international travel.
